One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) jill88 account only. Account Verification (KYC): In compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, jill88 will conduct identity verification before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include government-issued identification (passport, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. jill88 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within ten (10) minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. jill88 reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee of ₱100 per month from dormant account balances, following thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the registered email address.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jill88 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact jill88's support team to resolve disputes through jill88's internal complaint resolution process. jill88 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
jill88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
